Deployed with the "original" 4th BN (ABN) 503d INF from Ft. Campbell to RVN, where we joined the Brigade as the third maneuver battalion, and served from June `66 to June `67 as XO of Charley Company and BN S-2. Honorably discharged from the Army in 1968, began a 36 year sales career in the printing and packaging industries. In retirement, work as a volunteer patient escort at the Minneapolis V.A. Medical Center and chair the Board of our county Meals-On-Wheels organization. I have served on the Board of the 173d Airborne Brigade National Memorial Foundation since 2007 as Director of Heraldry.
